Become an Approved LHISD Volunteer:

Liberty Hill ISD is strengthened by families and community members who give their time, experience, and support to our students and schools. Whether you want to volunteer for an event, on a committee, or for ongoing support, like the library, there are many ways to get involved.

The safety of our students is a priority. Before volunteering with LHISD students, volunteers must complete the required student safety training and applicable background check requirements each school year.

• Background Checks: All volunteers must have a completed and approved annual district background check on file before volunteering. 

• Volunteer Safety Training: Beginning September 14, 2026, all volunteers are required to complete the new volunteer safety training and pass the accompanying assessment with a score of 100% before volunteering with students.
